Fitbit Charge 5 Heart rate alerts shorter than 10 minutes

I would like the low and high heart rate alerts to be able to activate when they are shorter than 10 minutes. I use these alerts to notify me when my heart rate is elevated due to stress and I would like to be notified sooner. eg 2m or 5m.
