Similar to other people, I have been having issues with my Charge 5's battery life. It was 100% charged on Saturday afternoon but a couple of hours later, the battery had dropped to 71%. I recharged if yesterday, ahead of work today, and it was again at 100%.
By mid this afternoon, the watch appeared to be 'dead' although the app states the battery is still at 69% and the watch appears to have disconnected itself. Unfortunately, I will have to wait until I finish work to plug it in to the charger to see what is going on.
A few days ago I had to use the reset button on the charger to force a start. I am using the charger that came with the device, which is cleaned regularly and in a drawer between charges to keep it dust free. I have minimal app notifications, and the screen brightness is quite low. The watch has also stopped vibrating for notifications, although it is set to do so.
The device is not quite two years old..
Typically, I am only a small way into a year's subscription, so I am hoping that I can make the watch last until renewal!
