Fitbit Charge 5 No Cadio Load /Zone Minutes not reporting

Two days ago my charge 5 was fully functional. Then cardio load and zone minutes stopped reporting
No updates to Galaxy S23. No known updates to Fitbit

I have one a soft reset on the watch and a full uninstall, reboot, reinstall of the app,  No change

What do I do next?

Hello @ellory 

Which version of the Fitbit app do you have? A recent update to the app to version 4.35 started rolling out last week. The updates tend to roll out in waves and I think it's supposed to be completed this week, before/by 01 Feb 2025. 

If you have already installed the latest version, please try doing another uninstall & re-install. I've seen users report that they got their Cardio Load & Readiness scores back after doing a 2nd app re-install.
