Received my new pre-order Fitbit 5 yesterday. so excited.
opened it and sync, charged battery loaded my profile, all was good.
went to pick my wife up at her work, got back my Fitbit was gone from my arm. bloody strap came undone, now I am out $200 PLUS dollars, cause I cannot track this device to locate it.
call customer support, gave me a tracking app suggestion, Down loaded it, cost 30 bucks, useless.
By what an experience.
anyone else have their straps come undone?

I'm sorry for your loss!
I noticed you really have to listen for the click when you attach the end of the band to the C5. Give it a good tug to make sure it's connected.
