My lower band of the Fitbit Charge 5 keeps falling off.
I have tried using multiple bands (the two that came with the watch and the sports band I purchased directly from Fitbit) and the top band always stays on and the bottom one can be pulled off after it is inserted and clicks into place.
Is my watch defective?

Customer service offered me a discount on a new watch. That's it. They said my 6 month old watch was no longer under warranty. Very disappointed in FitBit.

Look for some of the other posts on band falling off, just insert a sliver of paper on the top of the non latch side of the band and it will lock in place 100%. It is a defect though, the fix works and it will not come off pulling on it hard or twisting it. But the RMA replacement worked 100% with the same band without the sliver/shim of paper. Check some of my posts and you will see the quick fix if you can't get an RMA.
