Fitbit Charge 5 battery only last seven hours

Fitbit charge only last seven hours My Fitbit would only stay charged for about 7 to 12 hours and then I have to recharge it is there something I can do to make it last at least 23 days

I appreciate all this information that you've shared about the inconvenience that you've been having with your Charge 5. 

Before considering other options, please make sure that you've followed the steps listed here below: 

• Try restarting your tracker by connecting it to the charging cable,
• Open the Fitbit app, pull down on the screen to force a manual sync and monitor its behavior in the next days,
• Follow the recommendations listed here to improve battery life in general. 

Keep in mind that some of the features that make the battery drain faster are:

• Built-in GPS (Charge 5 can have a battery life of up to 4 day when using this feature regularly, or up to 5 hours if you use it continuously).
• Always-on display (Charge 5 can have a battery life of up to 3 days when using this feature). 
• Using an Sp82 clock face (Fitbit points out in this article that you may have to charge your Fitbit device more often when collecting SpO2 data).
