Hi all,
I just want to share my very bad experience with charge 5 as below.
1) Device not working after 8 months
2) got replacement device which not working again after 4 months
3) contact Fitbit support team and got email for replacement but received in corrent address return lable
4) Feedback to Fitbit support team to send correct address return lable but didn't received any new return label in my email. Fitbit support keep saying they sent return lable to me and check my spam/junk folder.
I don't what to do next as Fitbit support can't reslove the return label issue.
