Fitbit Charge 5 died but I didn't receive assistance

Charge 5 died 29/06/24 Contacted support after sending photos etc offered refund by one chat rep then refund by second d chat rep 01/07/24..No promised email after 5 chats and 3 promises of escalating my case. I  decided to phone U.K. although I reside elsewhere in Europe. The line was cut off four times. Can anyone advise how I can personally expedite my case !
