Fitbit Charge 5 display is not turning on

Hi, 

Since yesterday my Fitbit charge 5 display is not turning on at all. It looks like the device is on though as I can see that it tracks the steps in the app. 

However, despite several reboot attempts display does not turn on. I am currently using Firmware version 57.20001.188.58.

I'm having the same issue since the update. Did the same troubleshooting. Maybe we need to remove the device and reconnect? I'll try that next.

Am having the same issue whereby the screen is kind of blank.

Has anyone found a solution ?
