My Charge 5 has started flickering uncontrollably, screen goes grey. I have no idea if it is recording properly! I recently did upgrade a firmware upgrade, this problem did not occur prior to then. I have reset as per instructions I had seen posted on this forum by another user who was having this same issue. That person was sent a new Charge 5 by Fitbit. Who do I speak to about obtaining a nee Charge 5?

Well I have tried everything and nothing has helped! The colours are faded, it flickers quickly starting at the top, it starts fading and turning black then totally white. This is my 4th fitbit, I started with an Fitbit 1, lost it and got another then a Fitbit HR. I never had issues with those. It looks like I will have to get a battery for my old watch as it sure seems that this relatively new fitbit is about to croak!! Firmware version is 20001.188.58. I upgraded to that not too long ago, this was not an issue before upgrading the firmware, coincident?? I see that Fitbit has replaced the fitbits of others who have reported this same issue with their charge 5’s. May I please be considered for a replacement? Thank you. Jane

I replied last night but I do not see that reply today?? I can NOT find Gallery or the Clocks tab. I use my iPad not a cell phone. There is no Gallery listed anywhere when I tap the the device image.
when I tap my Charge 5 the time shows up, the colours are no longer vibrant, it starts flickering immediately at the top of the display, like a old movie from the 30’s, from the top down it starts going black then completely white. I was able, after many attempts this morning, to restart the device. It stick flickers at the top of the display. I had restarted it yesterday, seems to ‘settle down’ for a short time but it doesn’t last.
I see that the Charge 5 has generated the most discussion. My Alta HR could not be read outdoors which was very frustrating since it was my watch, but it never failed, I just wanted something that displayed the time outdoors hence my purchase of the Charge 5.
Please advise as to what else I can try!

Well I found a video on youtube which showed how to find the clock face changes, I have changed the face display and will monitor. I also learned that my sisters Charge 5 display completely failed, she did a live chat with a fitbit agent was a new charge 5 was shipped to her.

Well my charge 5 display is hooped and the person who I thought was going to provide more assistance DavideFitbit seems to have disappeared. Is he a fitbit employee? Time to call, seems the Fitbit Charge 5 is extremely unreliable!!!
