Following the latest Charge 5 update my fitbit app is again prompting me to update as it was below 20% I attached to the charger and it won't charge at all. Attempted the reset by pushing the button 3 times on the charge cable but the screen is still blank it vibrated and showed the Logo but nothing after that. This is already a replacement from my original charge 5 and I haven't even had it 2 months.
