I use my Charge 5 for regular daily exercise and also for exercising on LifeFitness equipment. I started having a problem with the data on the iPhone app updating to different values on the iPhone and the tracker.
The tracker would be several steps and a portion of a mile behind the information on the app, and not all data from the tracker, like hourly steps and exercise minutes, goes to the phone.
I believe the tracker is updating to the phone, losing sync, and then being updated by the app on the phone as if it was just originally synced except that the data on the app is the last data before the update occurred. It is not continuously updating steps and distance or any of the other parameters.
I can resync the iPhone by telling it to ignore in bluetooth the Charge 5 and then the iPhone will eventually ask to pair with the Charge 5 again by itself. It then syncs all information from the tracker to the phone.
Has anyone else experienced this? I just bought the tracker and am wondering if it is a lemon.

Right now my iPhone show 7940 steps, 3.69 miles, 32 minutes and 1706 calories.
The tracker says 6877 steps, 3.2 mi, 32 minutes and 1706 calories.
I resynced it less than an hour ago after it messed up and "desynced" earlier in the morning.
