Hello @MarziyaH
There is a known issue that some Fitbit devices have stopped tracking distance. The Fitbit team is aware of the issue and I believe they are working on a fix.
One user doing troubleshooting noticed that they saw distance tracking again after they disabled automatic stride length and manually entered a stride length in the Fitbit app. Several other users have reported they also saw distance tracking when they used this workaround. If you would like to try this workaround, this help article has the steps on how to manually enter your stride length (<-- click link)
Hopefully, this workaround will work for you until a fix is rolled out.

I have the same problem. Tried all suggested fixes. None worked. Fitbit or google not responded.

I tried setting my stride length but it only seems to record miles if I'm running. When I'm walking or doing any other activity, nothing. So even though I got 16,000 steps in yesterday, the fitbit only recorded 2.97 miles for the whole day. And since this has been broken for a few weeks now, I'm beginning to wonder if an Apple watch or a Garmin might be in my future.

I had to switch to default stride length in the Fitbit app. That seemed to work and resolved the issue.

For me, it's only tracking distance if I run and/or I track an exercise (I.E. Exercise: Walk or Treadmill). The rest of the steps I get throughout the day are not getting counted toward the total distance anymore. For example, yesterday I had just over 16,000 steps but my Fitbit only counted 2.97 miles. That should have been closer to 6. 5 or 7 miles.

My charge 5 also stopped recording my distance correctly a few days ago. 21,000 steps today and only showing 6.23km🤔I think not. Recorded properly on a timed run, but not during the rest of the day. Hope Fitbit can sort this out, because I can't 🙁
