After 9 months of use, my devide is completely dead. No response after reseting.
After three complaints at contact center, they told me that I am in a country not covered by the company. very dissapointed...
My previous device last 6 years...

Sad to hear that your device isn't working properly. If there's really no chance to get help directly from Fitbit, I'd suggest contacting the point of sale where you'd bought your device to get further assistance.

You are not the only one. Several ppl are having the same issue. This happened to my Fitbit as well. Every time I try to “chat” with them it isn’t working.

I’m having the same issue. It doesn’t hold its charge, I can sync it but then it goes non responsive.
