after update my two years Charge 5 watch this start to fail, this are the issues :
1 : Goes off several times a day without any reason.
2: When I change the clock face the watch doesn't start.
3: The battery seems to be crazy, goes from 80% to 20% without any notice and when I connect to the charger shows battery upper than 80%.
4. A couple days ago I tried to use the ECG when I was with a severe pain on my chest and the watch automatic goes off.
I found this issue start to happens time to time since I update the firmware a couple months ago. I already speak with customer support and they sent the case to Warranty.
