My Fitbit Charge 5 suddenly stopped working. Before this issue occured, red lights were blinking from its light sensors and the screen was not responding to touch (completely stuck). So, i tried resetting my device using 3 button press procedure (with 1 second pause in between) via the charger. When i do this the device turns off, the logo comes for a few moment, then the screen goes off again. At this point , i am not sure if the device is on or off. I tried to do this resetting few times. Sometimes its completely off like a powered off phone. But some other other times it is stuck on the logo (boot screen) and also does not respond to touch.
It never boots to the clock face and also the bluetooth is always off, so i cant even try to sync either.

Hi guys. I got this issue resolved after charging it to 100%. Now the bluetooth is working fine and i synced it. At this point a software installation also started on the watch. After it was complete, its working. Now its working fine. Also changed/ installed the original clock face to solve any bugs as suggested by the support.
