Fitbit Charge 5 keep restarting

I just got Charge 5 yesterday. It went well at first, but after one day the screen show the error and the screen is freezing. I try restarting by pressing the button on the charger 3 times, and now it keeps restarting and never ends. I cannot do anything with it. What should I do?
