Fitbit Charge 5 no time on wrist turn

My Charge 5 is only showing percent charge on wrist turn, no time or heart rate. Any solutions?

Hi, thank you for sharing that you've been having this issue with your Charge 5, @SteeleyDan. 

Could you please provide a few more details about this? Let me know if the device is showing you that your battery level is low or what exactly are you seeing on the screen. 

When you turn your wrist, the screen should light up and show you the clock face with the time and the other stats, but if battery is low, you will see the battery indicator instead. If the meantime, please try restarting your device using the charging cable:  

1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times (end of the USB cable), pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
