Fitbit not indicating steps or any data from morning...it is charged

 

Customer support ...no response on tele

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've sent you some instructions. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.

Got good support on chat....
However, the problem is reoccurring .....

I am concerned as the device was working fine ....rectified yesterday
after lot of efforts...and same problem now reoccurs

The customer support asked me to restart, change clock face, sync, resync and then device started working...was given case number and observe ....

 

Same problem reoccurring...customer support is not helping....device will be of no use now

 

Surprised that device which was working, suddenly stops.....omly the clock works...

Regret that advice given by customer support has not helped....problem rectified yesterday....but same issue came up today

The issue was rectified yesterday....same problem reoccurring today....
Only clock face working....rest all places only 9 us indiccated
