Fitbit Charge 5 not showing heart rate BPM

My fitbit 5 is about one month old and It stopped registering my heart rate last week.  I do not get a sleep score now.  I have following instructions on how to fix this by changing the clock face, restarting the device and cleaning the contacts.  Nothing has worked so far.  Any other suggestions?
