My Charge 5 was working fine until 2 or 3 weeks ago and now all I get are a bunch of lines saying "simplified sleep details, we couldn't generate sleep stages for this sleep".
It seems odd that it can't ever do it now. I used to get this message maybe once every few months now it's every night. My other sleep app is fine and I am getting good sleep most nights.

This happened to me, too. Fitbit support suggested to reboot, charge to full, and sync within 30 minutes before bed. It worked for a night or two but now it’s not recording sleep. I will reach out again about a replacement.
