Fitbit Charge 5 screen is white and unresponsive

I have had my Charge 5 for less than a month and the screen has gone white and is unresponsive. I tried to reboot using the charging cable button without success. This is my third or fourth fitbit and I’m very disappointed.

Hi @kittymagoo, welcome to the community.

 

If doing a hard reboot hasn't solved your issue, I think the only option you have is to contact customer support (here). They should be able to look into this and discuss what warranty options may be available to you.
