Fitbit Charge 5 stops recording with 50% battery

My Fitbit just randomly stops recording. It will have more than 50% battery when this happens. I only need to plug in till it responds and it works again.
Would a restart fix this ?

A restart is often the first troubleshooting step that is recommended. Please let us know if you see improvement after doing a restart.

I did re-start my Charge 5 and have not had any issues since ..... working well again.
