After answering a phone call, my Fitbit Charge 5 continues to vibrate with a notification of active call even though I have answered it. It will not stop until I end the call.

I appreciate all the information that you've provided about the behavior you're experiencing with your Charge 5.
Your tracker should notify you only of the call notification received. Please make sure to double check this procedure was followed to set up your notifications. In addition, please try restarting your Charge 5 and setting it up as a new device in your account.

i am having the same issue. it’s very annoying my friend has the same fitbit but she doesn’t have this problem.
