'm going getting a solicitor in the morning. Fitbit are trying to rob me out of my purchase. I'm a long time complaining about this. That's why I'm getting a solicitor. They will loose and I'm looking for all the money it costs back. Sending me a Fitbit charge 5 with readiness built into it would be a thousand times easier. My score is usually always excellent on the readiness score.i got 100 on it a couple of times

Hello @RobB22 and welcome to the Community.  I don't use a Charge 5, but according to this pinned post at the top pf the forum page, your readiness score should be on your device.  Did you get this firmware update?

Sense 2, Luxe, Aria 2 | iOS | Mac OS

Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.

I've done all the updates, reset, cleared user data, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and more. Readiness is not built into the replacements they sent me. I'm on the way to send them by post back to them and get a refund. Buying a charge 6 then which they said to send back to get the refund. They keep saying technical problems with the charge 5 so buying a charge 6 once I get the refund. It's a better watch as well I'm nearly sure. My readiness score is usually always excellent and was 100 a couple of days
