Hey All,

I bought my Charge 5 end of April 2023.

3 months later she died. Suddenly black screen...

After annoying discussion with the support I got a replacement.

Worked fine for a couple of month and suddenly the display jumped out and hanged loose on the rest.

 

Another annoying discussion with the support, asking me stupid questions. Like if the display is working. What the f....!? The display had left its place. 

Got another replacement...

Unfortately, this one has a problem with the batterie.

The prior Fitbits worked with my usage 10 days plus .

The new replacement dies after about 3-5 days. 

Another battle with the support, endless questions I answered several times before and asking for tests, which do not make sense for me.

Got the feeling they try to make me give up with reclamation...

Is there anybody with comparable or similar experience?
