I have tried to make a contactless payment using the Charge 5 but the message on the Eftpos says not allowed. Why?

Hi, @Alan_TTT123223, welcome to the community, you will find a list of banks etc that allow the use of your Fitbit device Fitbit Pay Bank & Transit Support List and instructions here What should I know about Fitbit Pay? As the process requires an interaction between the bank's server and Fitbit you may need to make more than one attempt to get it working.
