Hello there! So I considered myself a fan of fitbit devices, even though i switched all my devices on IOS I still kept my fitbit device as my favorite fitness tracker. I first owned a Charge 3 in 2020 that was pre-owned and it lasted about one year after the displayed stopped working properly, so i bought the next model Charge 4 and even though it lasted 2 years, it stopped working suddenly. So i bought a charge 5 and this time i also bought an extend waranty for 3 years, but this time my device lasted for no more that 8 MONTHS !!!! As I saw that everyone is complaining about battery drainage, I have the exact same problem even after update the battery lasts for 3 hours max. I took it back to the store where i bought it and they sais that they cannot fix it and that they would give my money back. As i got played with 3 fitbit devices already, I have to say with a broken and disappointed heart that I will no longer buy any fitbit device as I can't waste my money the 4th time.. you lost another client Fitbit
