I am fed up. I have been an active Fitbit user since 2017. EVERY SINGLE YEAR I have to replace the device due to display issues. The only time the device comes off of my wrist is to charge. I changed work over a year ago to more of an office job and less physical work. Yet, this is still a problem, the battery randomly drains and IF you can wake it up then it has a green screen, lines, or some other problem. For the amount of money that it costs, because I can usually only get one replacement with the warranty, I am considering other watches/ trackers on the market that are not Google/Fitbit. Plus the app update makes me wonder what Fitbit/Google is doing to keep this brand alive.
