Fitbit ECG app not found Bangladesh

I live in bangladesh.

I am a 3 times heart attack survivor and recently diagnosed with heart Failure stage 3. I was looking for a device that can generate ECG. I did a research and found that Fitbit charge 5 is the least expensive device over apple watch and others d video CES  that can measure ECG. So I bought one from abroad and installed it in my phone. Unfortunately ECG app is showing in my device and phone. So I'd another why research on Google why ? I found that it's only limited to few countries. I didn't find that information in the product promotions when i was buying.  I got disappointed and frustrated that it's not sure when it will be available in my country and i am afraid it will be a paid feature when it comes. I am more frustrated that i bought it from Amazon UK a month ago, it reached my county yesterday and I have no option to return it to uk. I find it a complete waste of money. I am now looking for another device that can generate ECG. I really really need that in my surviving journey.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about the Charge 5 and the ECG feature. 

As you mentioned earlier, unfortunately the ECG feature is not available in all countries for the moment and it would not be possible to receive the feature by changing the location on the Fitbit app, since this feature often requires the approval of certain agencies and institutions of each country before they can be activated for use. I recommend that you review this list periodically to check if your country has been added. This app is not part of the Premium subscription and it's not necessary to pay anything to see the ECG reports, 

In the meantime, I recommend that you post this idea in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community. This section is monitored regularly by the team of developers. I see some ideas posted about having ECG with some countries that are not currently on the list, but I haven't seen one posted for Bangladesh yet.

As you said I made a post on feature suggestions board. They replied that they have no plan to add this feature.

Even if an idea is categorized as "Not Currently Planned", the idea is still open for votes and this is helpful for the team to continue to track popularity and demand over time. Keep in mind that this may also require the approval of local agencies at the specific country of residence and it may take more time.
