Fitbit Giving me Steps in Middle of the Night

Hi all,

Last Sunday I woke up w/ 10k steps given to me at 3:40 a.m. Apparently this morning I was a bit of an over achiever and was given 20k steps - at the same time this morning. Definitely NOT awake at 3:40 am either of those days so not sure what's going on there. Anyone else having this "glitch" happen to them?

wow that is incredible @ckbe1349 .. its like Halloween spookiness came early. You can try to restart the tracker to see if it corrects the problem.. 

Restart Charge 5

1. Connect Charge 5 to the charging cable
2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times, pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

I had that happen two weeks in a row.   There is a post somewhere that there is an issue with "Mobi Track" .  I had it set up for my Charge 2 a long time ago, and apparently it's not needed with the Charge 5.   I deleted that and reset my device and it was all fine this week.
