Hello, recently changed from Charge 4 to Charge 5. Had two AMEX cards associated with Wallet that worked well without issues. Now, trying to set-up the cards in Charge 5 wallet I am having issues/errors. I was able to successfully add cards from two other financial institutions but my American Express accounts are shown under a separate "Inactive" list of card accounts. If I try to "Verify Card" then I get a message saying "Problem Verifying Card // To activate this card, please use the phone you originally added it with. Otherwise, please remove this card and add it again." Then, if I click on "Remove" the screen goes away but the cards are still listed in my wallet under the section titled "Inactive".

This is my experience as well. Glad to hear im not crazy. Sorry you are having this maddening problem!

Exact same error here. But this is my very first fitbit... My model is charge 5, my card is AMEX and I have used Google Pay in my android.

It is helpful to know that I'm not the only one with this issue. There is a similar thread where some people are having this issue with a Fitbit Sense device.

I'm having the exact same issue. Hoping there is a solution too this soon.
