Why does some information show correctly on the app and some on the tracker but is not synced to show all info correctly in both places?

Hi there, @SLowery. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 5.
As a first approach, I'd recommend making sure that your Charge 5 is properly syncing with the Fitbit app. To do so, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? or if you need to relink your watch, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Hi & welcome @SLowery
Every now & then, the data between my Charge 5 & the Fitbit app doesn't match. When I open the app, it will say "Gathering your data" and updates. If all the data still doesn't match, I'll do a manual synch by doing the pull down on the Today screen in the app. That usually takes care of the mismatched data.
I'm not sure why the all the data doesn't always update when the Fitbit app does a "soft" synch (i.e., says "Gathering your data) as opposed to doing a manual synch in the app. So far, doing the manual synch resolves this issue for me.
Hope you find this tip useful.

I have problems getting it to sync, then I try the help article and/or call Fitbit support, get it to work once and then the same issue happens again.
How do I get it to sync consistently and automatically?
Thanks
