Fitbit app isn't tracking anything between 11 am till 5 pm

Today I've cycled for over 30 minutes and made a walk for 30 minutes. This isn't tracked and also all my steps (and calories) between 11am and 5 pm are gone. It looks like I haven't set a single step between those hours. When I looked at my Fitbit around 4 pm and saw that my steps were around 8.000.

Anyone knows what to do? I've already charge my Fitbit, did a reset.

Thank you @Gr4ndp4. I also tried that, but unfortunately it's still the same. Screenshot 1.jpg

This is what I see on the Fitbit App. The exact same numbers are on my Fitbit watch.

Hi, @Paulienmm, did you make any changes or restart at 1700hrs or 1100 to your Charge 5 settings? You mentioned you saw 8,000 steps at 1600 and they have vanished. Have you tried reloading the Fitbit app on your phone (What are the make & model and OS of your phone) Before reloading sync your device, clear the cache in the Fitbit app, delete the app, restart your phone, reload the app & log in to your account.

Let us know if you make any progress.

Cheers

Thanks again for your help! I did all of the above without any changes. Never had this before. I hope that it was a one-time bug.
