Fitbit app not accepted by moto G after factory reset.

My charge 5 and the fitbit app ran well on my moto G6 for two years.  Then my phone locked up with a non removable problem and had to be factory reset.  Phone now runs well but the playstore will not let the fitbit app down load to my phone. 

The system is Android 9 version pps29.118.15.11.16.  Security patch is April 1, 2020.  I don't know what the system ws before the factory reset but presumably was a similar version to the Android 9.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

@BetsyLL Here is a Help Article with some information about the compatibility requirements of the Fitbit app. Unfortunately, the app is only compatible with Android version 11 and higher. It is not compatible with Android version 9.
