Hi guys my Fitbit wasn't working for a while but it's functioning now but only lasts for an hour at a time. Ive tried factory/normal resetting and it almost seems like a visual/program glitch because it can be on 99% and next moment 81%. Can someone here help please?
Same here. Got an update (while tracking my exercise no less) last night. Charged it before sleeping and wore it while sleeping. Woke up to a dead Fitbit
While on vacation different time zone, my charge 5 quit working. Eventually battery did charge to 100% then drained to zero in less than an hour. Will keep step count and update number on phone. What happened?
