I just bought a Fitbit Charge 5 as an upgrade from my charge 3. I’m upset that it has no find my phone on it as does my husbands versa. I looked at the other posts regarding this feature and notice that the support says “great idea” but does nothing to fix it. I need that on my Fitbit. Can I exchange my two week old Fitbit Charge 5 for a meeting del that has it? I’m very unhappy. Bout it and even more unhappy that support does nothing except lip service.

Not every model has the same features. In general the "smart watches" such as Versa, have more features than the "trackers" such as Charge 5.
I imagine you can return it, but that would have to go through Fitbit Support.
"Help" at top of screen, then scroll down to "Get Support".

Yeah, I enjoyed (and used) find my phone on my Samsung watch. Several times I left meetings with my phone left behind and had my watch buzz that I left it. Maybe at least buzz when it separates from Bluetooth. Hoping for sime improvements with future updates.
