Fitbit charge 5 not tracking sleep stages for 3 days, again

Habe tried restarting chart 5, plugging into computer and pushing charger button for 15 seconds, as previously teccomrnded by fitbit- did not work. Am wearing debice correctly, and device is not set at sensitive, as last reccomended bybfitbit support( generally useless and just partots msnusl bsck to me)
