My fitbit display is a full white screen.
I've tried the reset with the cable (3 pushes), fitbit vibrates, seems to reset but returns to full white screen.
Any ideas please?

I understand you’ve tried restarting yourCharge 5 and it didn’t resolve the screen issue. I’d try a couple more times. Sometimes it takes a few tries. If the problem continues I’d try changing the clock face though the Fitbit App. I’d change it to the original clock face or another click face made by Fitbit to see if that helps.
