Hello @gphan 

The normal troubleshooting steps for a fast draining battery are on the Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery (<-- click link) help page. 

However, since you mention that the battery gets hot while charging, it may be best for you to contact Fitbit Support (<-- click link). It's not uncommon for a device to get slightly warm while charging. But the fact that you're noticing the device gets hot while charging could indicate you have a defective device.
