My Fitbit payment works after I put in my pin, but if I buy a second item in the same shop it doesn’t work. I need to take my watch off then put it back on then reput in the pin then buy the second item. Is that normal?

Thanks for explaining the situation when using the contactless option with your Charge 5. Yeah, it is normal if you need to process a 2nd payment per each shop.
For example, you pay for 2 different things in the market but you miss to put another item, if another payment needs to be done in addition, you need to buy it apart inputting the pin once again.

Me again. Still can’t fix my problem. How do you remove the little card in the window of charge 5 Fitbit so I would be prompted for pin, is there an off button?0
