Fitbit died during the night and last synch showed 50% charge

Hello,

I need help with my 1 year old Fitbit Charge 5.

It just dies during the night with still a very good charge on it. 

I tried charging it but nothing happens. Screen remains black and no vibrations.

I tried the hard reset with the button on the charger and nothing happens. Screen remains black and no vibration.

Synching also does not work.

It seems totally dead.

Can anyone recommend a next step to recover the device or forward me the process on how to raise a case directly with fitbit? Unless there is no warranty left after one year?

So weird!  
It also happend to me yesterday. Mine is also a Charge 5 and I have it for a year and a half.
Yesterday, when I left home, it was a 100% battery but six hours later it stopped working. I plugged ir in and it didn't charge, I also tried to reset it by pressing the botton 3 times and it didn't work either.
If anyone knows what else we can do, we'll read you!
