Charged my Fitbit Friday morning to 100%. Tried to sync to the app Sunday after noticing my step information was incorrect. After repeated attempts, it drained my battery completely and shut down. Charged it back to 100% and got the app and Fitbit to sync but the information is wrong and not recorded correctly. Steps are the shown to the same on Saturday, Sunday and Monday as when it cut out recording on Friday. No sleep activity, sporadic heart rate recording, no step activity, no stairs, and today it quit recording steps again and shows similar to what it last recorded on Friday. Daylight Savings glitch???

Chat bot was of no help trying to report the issues to them for other users experiencing similar issues. Tried explaining that the App was also part of the problem not recording information correctly. The bot just kept repeating itself that they would send me a new Fitbit. When I tried to explain this isn't the answer, there is more going on, it questioned me, "how would I know if it wouldn't solve the problem".... So there is either a defect that they are aware of and just willing to throw you a new one or its a software issue that they aren't aware of or willing to face up to. Still convinced its a software issue and not a hardware issue. everyday this weekend I walked 3,422 steps with no step management to account for going back a long long time! PS, according to Fitbit, I haven't slept since Friday also, so yes, I am a bit crabby!

I feel your pain. I lost sleep stats in the app on and after the switch to standard time, and today I realized the app no longer showed steps. Fitbit will likely lose me to a Amazon or Apple over this. Those two metrics are the main reasons I use the Charge.
