Hi!
So I've had my first fitbit, a charge 5, since August 2023. Loved it, everything I'd ever wanted in a smart watch.
But now, overnight it seems, I cannot swipe in any direction to use any other feature on it. It still responds to the double tap to wake it, sometimes when I'm really lucky it let's me scroll through the little widget on the clock face that tells you your scores so far, it still sends reports back to the app about my steps etc, but I can't use the watch itself, other than to tell the time.
In the last 2 days, I've reset it upwards of 20 times in 2 days. I've left it charge completely to 100%. I've disconnected it from Bluetooth for a while. I've changed the clock face 4 times. Nothing seems to be helping.
I tried to contact customer service, through the app, the website, googled more contact information, and I cannot get a live chat or phone call even started. The only number I've seen so far is USA (I'm UK)
When I click on any of the options to get in contact I get either "an unexpected error occurred" or it tries to load and then throws me back to the same page.
I'm incredibly frustrated that not only has this smart device suddenly become just a digital watch at best, but that I can't even get in touch with anyone to help me.
What is going on?

Hi there
I just tried to livechat and although it did what you said where it just takes you back to the options after a couple of times it went through and i was able to speak with a customer service person.
I just went to the bottom of the page, clicked the product help option, selected device and went from there and it worked.
