Fitbit not synching and not recording sleep data

My Fitbit is not able to synch and did not record my sleep data last night. It says that the last synch was twelve hours ago.

I am on firmware version 57.20001.194.91 and app version 4.11.

I have tried force-quitting the app, restarting my phone, and restarting my Fitbit. Nothing has worked.
