I’ve been in contact with Fitbit via chat and Twitter about my Charge 5 not giving me notifications for texts or calls. I’ve tried every troubleshooting idea they’ve had. I can’t return it as the window has passed. It’s only 2 months old. Very disappointed in the quality. I’ve suggested that’s it’s still under warranty and needs replaced but am always told it’s being sent on further but never hear back from them. I even have a case#! Should have just kept my Apple Watch. Definitely disappointed

As you mentioned earlier, I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems your case is still being reviewed. Keep in mind that it can take some time to receive a response, but I do recommend that you continue the communication with them and provide all the necessary information so they can let you know how to proceed.
