Fitbit stopped recording data at 12.58 a,m, this morning-charge level is fine.

Live in Canada, in Mexico since Saturday. Fitbit not recording data since early this morning.

Hello @Fredground 

Sorry to see that your Fitbit is not recording data. If you don't mind, would you please provide some more information so that we have an idea on how to advise you. Is it not recording any data at all? Do you see your heart rate?

Have you had a chance to restart it either from the Settings menu on the Charge 5 or by using the charging cable that came with your device?

Do you see a green light on the back of your Charge 5? You can test it by putting your finger over the back, then lift up. When you lift up, you should see a green light. The green light is the heart rate sensor.
