Not yet. It's sitting in a bag of rice. The so much condensation in the sensor area, I can't see inside.
Best AnswerI'm wondering how long it's gonna take for Fitbit to help me out. My Charge 5 is as dead as a doornail.
Best AnswerGot mine wet in shower last night and has totally died. Don't think it's going to come back to life.
I was also cleaning my Charge 5, which is water resistant. Yet the sensor developed condensation and the screen will not turn on. It dried out over night, tried reset/restart. But still blank screen no logo.
It does vibrate when connecting to the charger. But am not hopeful will restore normal function. Don't know what else to do.
Irony is that it survived several swimming and uses during shower. A simple rinse with water caused it's demize. 😣
My Charge 5 is doing the same thing. It vibrates when connected to the charger and flashes the logo if I press the button on the charge cord repeatedly, but that's it. It was gross and salty due to the hot weather and being on my arm all day, so I decided to wash it, and bam...it malfunctioned for a day and died the next. I washed under the faucet maybe only 5-6 times in a whole year.
Best AnswerMy Charge 5 was just over a year old. I was told to come here if I needed tech support.
Best AnswerOkay, thank you!
