I tried:

Restarting phone

Turning Bluetooth on and off

Resetting fitbit

It is not even appearing in my available devices on bluetooth

Mine suddenly unpaired too -- it's been 2 days now.  In addition to all that you mentioned, I also tried uninstalling and re-dl the Fitbit app. I'm really frustrated.

Mine has also done this last sync was evening of the 29th. I had this happen maybe 6 months ago and it was when they did an update. I saw that the app updated on my iPhone but that didn’t help. The last time I had to do a hard reset, lost all the info from the days it wasn’t working and had to reset everything on the app and the Fitbit.. very annoying if this is the case every time there is an update 😞
