Fitbit try to repair my Charge 5 by emails! LOL

My charge 5 went dead after 7 months I bought it, and customer service keeps trying to repair my Charge 5 by email. Already tried all the methods before contacting them, but still asking me to try this and that, and today, even asked me to send a video to prove my Charge 5 is 100% dead,  unbelievable, outrageous. 

 

Will not buy another Fitbit again!!

Already thinking the same!!  Worst experience ever just burnt the money  I've bought mine 3 months ago and having the same issue ! With your post here just leaving me with zero hope from fitbit and considering going to a more competitive and high tech market options 😞
